    Description

    Job Title: Support Specialist

    Location: New Castle, DE (Hybrid)

    Duration: 12 Months

    Requirements:

    Provide Level 2 support for up to 15 different applications on Unix/Linux or Wintel platforms.

    Work as part of a 24x7 global team, primarily covering the shift from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST, with occasional weekend shifts.

    Conduct server monitoring and log checks for errors, promptly addressing any issues that arise.

    Collaborate with Database System Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    Engage with clients to understand and address their needs effectively.

    Implement and maintain automation scripts using Shell/PowerShell scripting.

    Assist in the deployment and management of TLS certificates and PKI technology.

    Participate in on-call rotations and incident management processes.

    Requirements:

    Proficiency in either Windows or Linux server environments.

    Strong scripting skills in Shell/PowerShell, with experience in SQL or equivalent.

    Familiarity with Monitoring or Automation Tools such as Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, or AppDynamics.

    Knowledge of TLS certificates, PKI Technology, and security best practices.

    Understanding of Webservices, Webservers, Application servers, and Network Protocols.
