    Description

    Dynamic experiential marketing organization seeks ambitious, client-focused Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. As a high-energy team player with excellent communication skills, you will leverage your program management and client relations skills to develop and sustain successful relationships with our clients, facilitate compelling programs from start to finish, and grow your capacity and book of business. This hybrid role will require approximately 60% on-site / 40% remote work, and could require 5-20% travel.

    To successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this role, you will:

    • Partner with internal resources to provide proactive, creative, value-based solutions to program challenges and client requirements
    • Organize and execute activities to support the achievement of client and business objectives
    • Facilitate the flow of work activity through all phases of execution, ensuring all processes are completed and quality standards are maintained
    • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects; provide strong internal team direction and set appropriate client expectations
    • Build, manage, and maintain program timelines; plan for pre and post event activities and event schedules and run of show
    • Populate and document internal systems for effective sales forecast management, operational, and financial activities
    • Manage changes in scope, taking responsibility to keep projects in budget and on
    Requirements:
    • Self-managed with the ability to work independently / perform assignments with limited direction or supervision
    • Thrives in fast-paced / high-energy work environment
    • Able to function within and bring order to chaotic / evolving situations
    • Ability to interact with clients and resources at all levels of an organization
    • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
    • 2+ years' experience in client services, sales, event planning, marketing, or related field
    • Experiential / event marketing experience and experience with automotive / OEM / advanced manufacturing preferred
    • Demonstrated success in program / project management involving managing multiple projects at varying phases simultaneously
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
    • Ability to work on-site in our Rochester Hills, MI office (approximately 60% of the time)
    • Ability to travel up to 20%
