    Introduction to the team

    Are you passionate about the health care industry? Do you thrive on event management, driving marketing content and measuring ROI? The Marketing Senior Specialist contributes to and executes marketing strategy for our Health Care industry group to raise awareness and drive demand for Moss Adams in the marketplace.

    Working closely with the Marketing Managers and key practice leaders, the Marketing Senior Specialist promotes a focused marketing approach and leverages marketing and administrative resources for successful execution of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

    This position understands the firm's services, brand position, and go-to-market strategies, and works collaboratively with sales and marketing colleagues as well as client service professionals.

    Responsibilities:
    Implement integrated marketing strategies that support practice growth goals and are aligned to the firm's marketing and brand strategy
    Execute marketing communications to drive awareness and generate leads, including advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, webcasting and media relations
    Support effective marketing messaging across mediums, including website, collateral and proposal content
    Pursue and coordinate event, sponsorship, speaking and networking opportunities to create effective sales and marketing opportunities
    Lead marketing reporting, internal communications, and SharePoint site management in collaboration with Marketing Managers
    Use CRM and other technology tools to execute marketing programs as well as analyze and report on results
    Collaborate with other sales and marketing colleagues to help manage client experience and other growth initiatives within the practice

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Marketing or a related field preferred
    Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
    Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
    Strong ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
    Organizational and project management skills with ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint desired
    Ability to travel as needed, approximately 10%
