    Business Central Functional Analyst
    Austin, Texas, United States (Hybrid)

    Dynamics 365 Business Analyst will:
    Interact with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, processes, integration requirements and objectives.
    Translate business requirements into functional specifications, functional solution design and configure D365 Business Central processes to requirements.
    Collaborate with technical team to develop and implement custom or integration processes.
    Migrate Masters and Data from the legacy system to Business Central.
    Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end users on system functionality and best practices.
    Define and execute test plans to ensure that the system functionality meets client requirements.
    Execute cut-over planning and Go-Live.
    Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, provide support and guidance to end users during implementation and post-go-live phases.

    Business Analyst will have:
    A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Accounting.
    8+ years of experience as functional consultant in Microsoft D365 Business Central. Must have handled minimum 5 end to end implementations.
    In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central modules including Finance, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Inventory, Project Management.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
    Strong documentation skills such as Functional Requirement Document, GAP-FIT Analysis, solution design.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
    Microsoft Certifications, experience in implanting U.S based projects and U.S taxation would be an advantage.
    Ready to travel client site as and when required.
