- Support data entry in ETSD databases.
- Maintain relationships with partners and referral sources.
- Coordinate participant referrals.
- Participate in various meetings and sessions.

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time
COOK INLET TRIBAL COUNCIL is looking for Case Managers to provide support to Alaska Natives and American Indians in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), General Assistance (GA), and 477 service programs. If you have a passion for helping individuals overcome barriers and reach self-sufficiency, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
General Functions:
Case Managers work on identifying strengths and skills of participants, assisting in crisis situations, and providing necessary referrals and advocacy to access services for self-sufficiency. Joining this team means being a crucial link in empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
