Job Summary
The Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP) provides regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors while ensuring ADP participants meet hurdles in alignment with national programs.This role requires leading training and developing activities tools routines to help enable Advisor Trainee productivity personal involvement with ADP participants who need heightened support to achieve success reinforcing compliance supervision providing risk management support of ADP participants activity for market leadership pipeline management coaching on pipeline execution supporting client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships strategy accountability performance management goal setting incentive recognition mechanisms maintaining consistency with national programs coaching advisor trainees building managing relationships across franchise coach counsel advisor trainees strategic business drivers sales force expansion supporting sales management executing sale force growth plans effective advisor recruiting strategies administering superior sales supervision practices market.
