    Branch Director - Hospice

    If you are an experienced Executive Director, Director of Operations, Administrator, Director of Nursing/DON, or Director of Clinical Services/DOCS with Home Care experience, then this opportunity is for you.

    Job Opportunity Description

    Our client, a well-established Hospice organization, has a current opening for a Branch Director for their Hospice location in the Bangor, ME area. A Registered Nurse with Hospice or Home Health leadership experience is required. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.

    Key Requirements

    • Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience as an RN.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
    • Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice home care regulations.
    • Financial and business development background.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget management.
    • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with Sales staff to grow census.
    • Retain staff members.
