In this Occupational Therapist role, you would act as the patient's partner throughout the plan of care in the Coconino County, AZ area This means ensuring the restoration of motion will leave each clients function at their personal best and be safe in their home. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. Under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient/caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.
