Production Associate Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to do basic maintenance on equipment. Grease, fuel, clean, etc.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and report nonstandard acts and conditions.
• Identify and communicate concerns, problems, and /or challenges to management in a constructive and solution-oriented approach.
• Conduct routine mobile equipment inspections and assure normal operation of the equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in cement or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Good critical thinking skills with the ability to observe and assess situations and anticipate issues before they occur.
• Must understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Must be ok with shift work, working nights etc.
