If you are interested in working for a company where you can use your current skills and learn new skills then High Concrete Group, LLC may have the career opportunity for you We are actively seeking Grounds Helpers (Material Handlers) to join our 1st shift operations in Springboro, OH.Grounds Helpers (Material Handlers) are responsible to assist in performing duties to insure the proper and safe handling of products from the production areas to yard storage.

Also, to insure a smooth and safe flow of products from the storage areas onto trailers for shipments to jobsites.

Ideal candidates must be willing and flexible to work outdoors and available for overtime hours, including Saturdays).This is a 1st shift position working 6:30AM-3:00PM (or until work is done)Positions start at 20.

00The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:1 or more years experience in the pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete and/or construction industry preferredAbility to work outdoors regardless of weather conditionsValid driver's license requiredCertified equipment operator a plus; travel lift and/or tow motor a plusAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyBasic math and measurement skillsTeam player

General Duties:
Assist Equipment Operators in hooking up products for loading/unloading.

Give correct hand signals to Operator for setting, lifting, or maneuvering of piecesAbility to climb ladders / work outside in the elementsAbility to verify pieces are secure for movement throughout plantDemonstrate knowledge of correct lifting and handling of product, proper blocking to set pieces to handle weight of piece, proper position of chains, slings, and straps for correct and safe lifting of piecesMaintain an attitude of safety awarenessWorking for The High Companies:
