JOB OVERVIEW:

The Truck AP Specialist is responsible for all aspects of truck/car upfitting invoices including auditing and editing within Body Company PO system. The Truck AP Specialist acts as primary contact for specific Truck AP Vendors and liaison between Client Service operations and Truck AP vendors. In addition, the Truck AP Specialist will assist in supporting the Truck and Client Service departments with emergency transactions needs. Finally, the Truck AP Specialist must meet department goals of ensuring timely and accurate client billing as well as prompt responses to vendor and client inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze vendor invoices to insure invoices are billed to the correct vehicle


• Analyze vendor invoices to insure cost of the invoice is within tolerance


• Resolve invoice disputes with assistance from Truck Department and Account Executives Process Transportation files via P2P


• Resolve all internal/external client requests for copies of original invoices, stop pay notices, and issued or cancelled checks.


• Update weekly and monthly invoice stats on Excel graphs.


• Deposit checks and credit lessees for refund/warranty claims Maintain productive interactions with Operating Departments Assist internal/external clients.


• Assist other Disbursement Control team-members when necessary.


• Overall goal is to maintain high quality vendor payment processes that facilitate delivery of services to our clients and drivers.


• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Associates degree or 2-4 year relevant work experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, 10 key, and telephone keyboard
