    Description

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Travel Nurse to join our team in Stanford, California. As an OR Travel Nurse, you will assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients, providing pre- and post-surgery care and education to the patient.

    About the Role

    You will be responsible for assisting surgeons during operations, preparing and administering medication, and monitoring patients' vital signs. You will also be involved in educating patients and families about their treatment plans and providing emotional support throughout the recovery process.

    In this role, you will work closely with the surgical team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care possible.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse, scrub nurse, and/or RN first assistant.
    • CHEMO, BLS, ACLS certifications required.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The estimated salary for this position is $120-$150 per hour, based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week. The pay package includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

    In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including paid sick leave, travel reimbursement, housing assistance, and liability insurance.
