    The Role:

    Sunbit is searching for an experienced HR Generalist to support several of our wonderful Customer Care teams located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role you will take on a variety of responsibilities overseeing the day to day People Operations including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, benefits, performance management and everything in between. You will create strong relationships as an advisor and coach to employees and managers to help support growing Sunbit into a world class organization.     What Youll Be Doing:

    • Build trusted relationships with the entire Customer Care team while having a deep understanding of the teams business objectives to provide sound guidance and support their needs
    • Serve as the primary point of contact responding to all employee inquiries related to but not limited to payroll, benefits, time and attendance, leave of absence.
    • Partner with CPO and Head of People Operations to communicate and administer People programs and initiatives including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee development
    • Be a champion of the employee experience while focusing on creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging
    • Lead all People policies and programs for the Customer Care office, ensuring compliance and consistency
    • Partner with supervisors to help resolve employee relations matters, advising on disciplinary actions and conduct employee investigations
    • Maintain employee records and data in HRIS
    • Perform other special projects or duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in HR
    • Experience supporting an hourly population in a call center environment is a plus
    • Experience working with BambooHR and ADP is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Flexibility to support the team on weekends
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of support
    • Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost integrity
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
    • Attention to detail
    • Comfortable working through difficult situations and making tough decisions with professionalism and empathy
    • Knowledge of state, local and federal laws and procedures
    • Passion for people and helping them develop
