- Provide secretarial support for the Mesquite and Moapa Valley Campuses and the office staff
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service to all customers
- Facilitate Classes shared via Video Conference technology
- Work with campus security to ensure a safe and secure learning environment
- Ensure that assistance is being provided to the computer lab users and faculty
- Answer telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate areas/departments as needed
- Assist faculty, students, and visitors with various needs such as directions, registration, questions, etc.
- Navigate the CSN website to locate College-related information, such as faculty/staff phone numbers and information on college programs
- Assist AA with semester preparations
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and NSHE, and CSN policies during all site activities
- Represent CSN and promote its mission in a highly professional manner
- Report site activity on a weekly basis via email and report any urgent events immediately to the Supervisor via telephone
- Assist in the proctoring of tests for students
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Participate in community events as needed
- Computer operation knowledge to troubleshoot virtual meeting issues, such as sound and video issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and Webex.

Job Description
The part-time office assistant is responsible for assisting office staff in the evenings and when needed during the day. The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
