Job description
Arvato is looking for a Summer Account and Process Management Intern to support our growing facilities in the Louisville market.
The focus will be to support cross client (Tech 2 vertical) optimization. Identify areas of synergies with account management and service delivery support, and process standardization to help improve flexibility, reduce rework and redundancy, help standardize operational needs, and better support clientsYOUR TASKS
Learn the end the end process from client ordering to shipping
Review metrics and understand trends and misses
Create standard playbook across for key metrics, exception handling, and system and client requests that can be utilized across multiple client teams
Review client specific needs and vendor requirements
Create Playbook and process to support cross client collaboration
Create Cross training Matrix for Account Management/ Service Delivery teams
Create standardized exception/find tracker and process - Identify areas where AI could be utilized for additional automation
Build a robust IT projects management playbook for customer change requests, impacts to other teams and clients.
Reviewing client documents and processes to align on areas of opportunity and consistency.
YOUR PROFILE
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Logical deduction and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive standardization and comparability within various client requirements and guidelines.
Microsoft tools and reporting - Word Document, Excel and Power Point skills to create playbooks and process documentation
