- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities in Houston, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards, maintaining a commitment to high-end finishes and craftsmanship.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, in accordance with OSHA regulations (OSHA30 certification required).
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks in Houston-based projects.
- Maintain effective communication with Houston-based clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members in Houston, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on TI and Build Out projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Houston-based projects ranging from $200k to $4M within the commercial office, healthcare, and retail sectors.
- OSHA30 certification is required.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Houston-based environment.
