About the Role: Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate at Norman - Pawtopia, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. From assisting pet owners in finding the perfect products to ensuring our store is always inviting and well-stocked, your contributions will make a difference every day.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to pet owners and shoppers.
- Assist customers in selecting the best products for their pets' needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and up to date.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.
- Stay informed about our product offerings to answer customer inquiries effectively.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
