    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provides direct care to patients, assesses healthcare needs, formulates care plans, and implements and evaluates them.
    • Coordinates patient care, supervises assistive personnel, and ensures patient-centered care.
    • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to assess patients' needs, builds trusting relationships with patients and families, and advocates for patients.
    • Completes mandatory education, identifies growth opportunities, and participates in professional development activities.
    • Demonstrates commitment to patient care, staff, and the Medical Center's goals while ensuring patient safety.

    Education:

    • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
    • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

    Experience:
    1-3 years of relevant work experience.

    License/Certification(s):

    • Registered Nurse license required.
    • American Heart Association – Basic Life Support Certificate required.
