    Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Chicago, IL and be responsible for interacting and providing hardware upgrades, new technology, and phone support.

    Critical skills include a focus on being helpful, relatable, and pleasant while deploying hardware or answering questions on new technology.

    The ideal candidate must be reliable and be available for hours between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Building and deploying Windows computers for new and current staff

    Assisting and troubleshooting end-user technical issues as they arise

    Managing hardware retrieval from client staff that are off-boarded

    Documenting all activity and interactions in the ticketing system – ServiceNow

    Providing application support


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Minimum 2 to 5+ years of related work experience in PC deskside support, an AA degree, or technical training / equivalent combination of education and experience

    A+ Certification is a plus

    Experience with Microsoft O365, All Office Products, InTune, Oracle, Java, Citrix, Internet browsers, and emailing clients

    Experience with Active Directory account creation, deletion, and reset

    Proactive, consultative approach to solving issues

    Customizes the customer experience for every individual - all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual

    Relatable and responsible when interacting with any customer onsite or remote

    Has the ability to work as both an individual contributor and as part of a team

    Enthusiastic about technology and is willing to learn new platforms

    Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products

    Imaging / Support experience required
