    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain practical skills in a professional setting. Ability to have an overall systems and organizational view of operations and apply your current knowledge, skills, and abilities to improve processes and help energize and implement future strategic improvements that keep Security Federal Savings Bank relevant.

    HR Service:

    a. HR Projects

    b. Routine file maintenance

    c. Routine HRIS data input

    Requirements

    • Currently majoring in a degree in Human Resource Management at an accredited College or University.
    • Good analytical and organizational skills
    • Ability to define and resolve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Familiar with MS 365 Suite of products
    • Good communications skills (verbal and written)
    • Good customer service skills
    • Dependable/ Reliable
    • Experience working with a team
