    GA-CCRi maintains and deploys production systems for users across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and commercial industry.

    We build and develop best-in-class all domain and globally focused situational awareness capabilities that process petabytes of data from numerous streaming data sources in near real time.

    Our systems apply state-of-the-art algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract features and fuse data from multiple phenomenologies to form a rich live view of objects in the sky, on the sea, and on the ground.

    These analytics are designed to determine not just where something is, but what it is, where it's been and what it's doing.

    All of this "data to knowledge" is made available to end users in our own browser-based application for visualization, analysis, and understanding.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    This leader is responsible for developing and managing multiple projects, growing these accounts and teams to become a long-term sustainable business and are ultimately responsible for successful execution of these technology projects and their cost, time and scope


    This includes:
    Building project plans with milestones, budgets and working with other PMs and Tech Leads to understand tasking and timelines.

    Communicating effectively internally and externally to manage expectations, resource needs and timelines,

    Working with the Tech Leads to understand development progress to inform and be successful tracking budget / schedule.

    Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as estimated complete percentage, remaining budget, forecasted revenue, cost and GM.

    Keeping the internal labor planning tools updated for forecasting and tracking.


    Providing weekly updates to the Commercial VP and Executive Leadership team on progress against deliverables as well as other key metrics.

    Growing the existing engagements to support long term relationships and engagements.

    Serving as a key point of contact for each customer.

    Evangelizing GA-CCRI within GA-ASI ; demonstrating the value provided by the solutions.

    Building rapport / relationships with end customers and stakeholders.

    Establishing a cadence for, and updating/managing customer expectations.

    Documenting customer correspondence and meeting notes as necessary.

    Leveraging collaborative tools and will foster communication between stakeholders (internal and external teams).

    Ensuring compliance with the contractual commitments CCRi has made to our customers.

    Creating a proposal schedule and facilitating kickoff with internal team.

    Managing the proposal team complete key deliverables.

    Providing contractual review.

    Creating deliverables (as needed) around program execution.

    Participation in contract negotiations (as needed).

    The PM will also support the COO, Commercial VP and VP of Business Development in management of large pursuits. Experience as a Capture Manager or equivalent role desired.

    Requirements


    Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and thirteen or more years of progressively complex experience in the project administration field with at least seven of those years in project management.

    May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.


    Must demonstrate an extensive understanding of project management processes and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management as well as the ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets.

    the ability to initiate, plan and manage projects;

    the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to a variety of non-routine issues of diverse scope and nature;

    strong analytical, communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; and,

    the ability to work independently and lead in a team environment.

    Must be able to work extended hours and travel as required.

    US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Clearance

    Pay Range

    $139,000-$257,233
