Job summary

The Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day operations of the restaurant. They will work under direct supervision of the Administrator and General Manager, and uphold The Hangout's Mission, Vision, and policies, procedures, and guidelines while performing all duties.

Responsibilities

  • Distributing paychecks and tip outs.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and order as appropriate.
  • Maintain lost and found with logs and destruction as necessary.
