The Senior Manager Accounting Services is responsible for leading a centralized shared-services team responsible for end-to-end accounts payable payroll delivery and treasury operations to ensure accurate timely and compliant financial processing while driving process standardization controls and continuous improvementResponsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for Accounts Payable Payroll and Treasury shared-services functions ensuring deadlines and service level agreements are met.
- Design document and enforce standardized policies procedures and internal controls across all three service lines to reduce risk improve consistency manage month-end period-close activities that impact payables payroll accounting entries bank reconciliations supervise coach develop a team of supervisors specialists analysts set performance goals conduct regular reviews partner with internal stakeholders HR procurement tax business units resolve escalations drive root-cause analysis implement corrective actions lead automation ERP configuration continuous-improvement initiatives RPA AP/Payroll portals bank connectivity increase efficiency reduce manual touchpoints manage relationships banks payroll providers third-party vendors oversee bank account management cash forecasting inputs vendor payment terms ensure regulatory statutory compliance for payroll tax withholdings 1099/reporting local equivalents anti-fraud AML controls in treasury activities prepare management reports KPIs payment timeliness payroll accuracy cash position variance DPO exception rates senior finance leadership performs other related duties assigned regular reliable attendance full time basis posted schedule exhibit professional behavior both internal external business associates reflects positively company consistent company policies practices embodies AEVEX cultural values aligns daily actions department goals culture
