Job Overview
Our growing dental practice is seeking a part-time/full-time Associate Dentist to primarily perform hygiene services, with the opportunity to gradually add general dental treatment procedures as the schedule and patient demand grow.
Position Overview:
The associate will initially focus on hygiene-related care, including exams during hygiene appointments and periodontal evaluations, while progressively incorporating restorative and other dental procedures over time. Commission-based compensation is offered in addition to base pay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental exams for hygiene patients
- Diagnose and treatment plan periodontal conditions
- Support and collaborate with the hygiene team
- Gradually provide general dental procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, extractions)
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in growing clinically within the practice
- New graduates welcome
