    This is a unique opportunity to get experience in multiple areas of the financial reporting process that goes into launching a new concept in the US.Job DescriptionThe position reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of US financial reporting.

    This role will perform daily revenue collection and accounting functions to ensure the effective and accurate accounting of revenue through various point of sale systems in accordance with applicable polices and laws.

    This role will also maintain various weekly and month-end reporting schedules. This role will provide KPI data to key members of the team. Responsibilites include performing account reconciliations and month-end close process.

    This is the second role on the Finance team in the US and an exciting time as we look to open our first venue in Boston.

    Job ResponsibilitiesMust effectively carry out the essential duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that consistently demonstrates F1 Arcade's mission and core values in a positive manner.

    Review, Reconcile and Report revenue accounting functionsa) Enhance procedures and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all revenue streams (online and in venue)b) Retrieve, import, and approve daily activity from income generating sourcesc) Reconcile accounts and perform review to ensure financial accuracy of datad) Post and reconcile revenue to NetSuite dailyOther Accounting/Finance responsibilitiesa) Maintain US Budgets for venue builds along with balance sheet reconciliationb) Oversee AP in ) Track fixed asset purchases in NetSuited) Prepare and analyze accrualse) Perform daily and weekly tasks for month-end and year-end close cyclef) Provide support on other projects as neededg) Provide assistance with outside auditorsDesired Skills And Experience3+ years of relevant work experience in high volume multi-unit hospitality business environment with demonstrated experience/proficiency in both revenue accounting and financial reporting.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills, with high level of attention to detail.
    Experience working directly management in multiple departments.
    Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, identify solutions and see projects through to completion.

    Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for actionExcellent quantitative, verbal and written communications skillsAvailability to travel and dedicate time needed to ensure success at new venue openings and ongoing support of future locations.
