Job summary
The Admissions Coordinator supports the admissions process by handling screening needs scheduling verifying insurance and connecting clients to appropriate care.This position requires an understanding of the facility's treatment program philosophy admission process and admission criteria providing customer service to prospective clients families and referral sources regarding admissions via phone in person providing timely follow-up calls.
The role requires strong administrative skills clinical empathy brief crisis intervention assessments ensuring HIPAA compliance smooth care transitions administrative support for regulatory requirements tracking data trends meeting reporting needs participating QA activities.
