    Job Description

    CRB is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Recruiting Intern in our Kansas City or Dallas office. We are looking for professionals who are highly motivated and can work independently and as a team to meet process deadlines. As a Recruiting Intern, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support various aspects of the recruitment process. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn about talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and the overall human resources functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
    • Support the Talent Acquisition team for the full recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and presenting offers.
    • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing to attract qualified candidates.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organization recruiting events, preparing documents and coordinating communication with candidates.
    • Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand by assisting in the creation of engaging content for social media and other platforms
    • Prepare HR- related reports as needed
    • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
    • Maintains strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal within the Human Resources department
    Qualifications
    • Working towards a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration is preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
