\tThe Legend Seeds Marketing Internship offers an immersive experience in the seed and agricultural industry. This role not only provides Legend Seeds with crucial support during the summer's peak months but also enables the intern to apply academic knowledge in a practical setting. The intern will aid the Legend Seeds Marketing team and dealer network by developing content, writing articles, gathering customer testimonials, and offering event support. Additionally, the intern will play a key role in publicizing Legend Seeds through various social media channels and other communication forms.\r

Types of Activities:

\t\tEngage with growers, dealers, and prospects at events and in the field, representing the Legend Seeds brand positively and professionally.\r
\t\r
\t\tPromote Legend Seeds events and brand across digital channels, including social media platforms and blogs.\r
\t\r
\t\tContribute to press releases, articles, ad copy, and other communications.\r
\t\r
\t\tSupport the marketing team with tasks such as print mailings and e-mail communications.\r
\t\r
\t\tGenerate creative ideas to enhance the Legend Seeds brand visibility.\r
\t\r
\t\tAssist in designing marketing materials and provide event support for farm shows and dealer meetings.\r
\t\r
\t\tPromote Legend Seeds events and brand through mailings, advertising, and social media.\r
\t\r
\t\tSupport event planning and execution, including farm shows, knowledge plots, and staff/dealer kickoffs.\r
\t\r
\t\tAssist account managers and dealers with marketing requests.\r
\t\r
\t\tSupport various projects and tasks as necessary.\r
\t\r
\t\tCompile a summary or presentation of the internship experience.\r

Content Creation:
Assist in developing marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and press releases.\r

Graphic Design:

Support the design of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital ads, using software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

\t\t

Photography and Videography:
Help capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns or social media use.\r

\t\t

Campaign Development:
Contribute ideas and research to help plan and execute marketing campaigns.\r

\tQualifications\r
\r

\t\tPursuing or holding a degree in journalism, marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, or related field.\r
\t\r
\t\tInterest in and experience with agriculture preferred.\r
\t\r
\t\tExceptional writing abilities.\r
\t\r
\t\tProficient in technology, especially apps and social media.\r
\t\r
\t\tKnowledgeable in graphic design principles and software, especially Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.\r

\t\tValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.\r
