    Summary

    SPECTRUM Commercial Finance, a division of Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, is looking to hire a Collateral Analyst who will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring and management of the asset-based lending loan portfolio.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for assisting in the maintenance, monitoring and management of the asset-based lending loan portfolio, which includes client communication, account monitoring, monthly client reset review, lockbox processing, payment application, collection and analysis of client reports and processing client advance requests.

    Assists in various administrative and support duties, including handling daily banking activity and UCC filing and upkeep.
    Perform additional duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    Skills/Experience/Education
    Two-year Business Degree, Accounting and Finance preferred, or other equivalent experience required.
    Strong analytical, interpersonal and general computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    Strong attention to detail and organization.
    Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
    Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
    Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
    Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.

    If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division any "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
