    Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Senior Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

    Drawing on your expertise and industry knowledge, you'll collaborate with our project teams to ensure that estimates align with project requirements and objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirementsConduct thorough quantity takeoffs and cost analyses for labor, materials, and equipmentSolicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposalsPrepare comprehensive and detailed cost estimates using industry-standard softwareCollaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop cost-effective solutionsPresent estimates to clients and participate in bid negotiations as neededStay current with industry trends, pricing, and market conditionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience as an estimator in the commercial construction industryProficiency in construction estimating software (e.g.

    , Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating)

    Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codesExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:
