As an engineer, you will be a key player in streamlining operations, leading projects, and making significant improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Implement engineering principles to enhance processes and solve manufacturing challenges.
• Design manufacturing processes that meet customer requirements.
• Develop and manage programs to integrate new technologies into production.
• Provide technical support to account managers and oversee liaison activities with company partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support plant management to facilitate daily operations.
• Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct and Quality Plan.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience with extrusion, hydraulic presses, and metal forming.
• Background in new product introduction (NPI).
• Proficiency in communication and computer skills.
• Dedication to teamwork and a strong work ethic.
