- Provide technical and tactical expertise in the creation of offensive cyber organizations and operations in support of USSF presentation of forces to USSPACECOM, USCYBERCOM and/or Air Force Cyber Command (AFCYBER).
- Provide technical DCO expertise and recommendations for Special Access Program/Special Access Required planning/processes for employment of mission capabilities supporting multiple COCOMs.
- Assist in the creation of joint cyber integration policy, messaging, and tasks.
- Travel may be required quarterly for a limited durations to support Customer events.
- Support strategic technical planning and analysis for cyber capabilities.
- Make recommendations to integrate cyber effects for proactive defensive cyber capabilities of USSF weapon systems.
- Inform capability development, including providing inputs for the Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS) process.
- Conduct Science & Technology (S&T) strategy and developmental planning.
- Document capability gaps/shortfalls and the respective mitigation strategy across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership/ Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy.
- Recommend operational requirements to establish and maintain cyber forces.
- Provide recommendations to integrate cyber operations capabilities across USSF mission areas.
- Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise for analysis and development of basing actions, facility requests, resourcing requests, organization/manpower changes, mission directives, force development, readiness, policy, and similar tasks for staffing and corporate processes.
- Active TS//SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
- Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Ability to identify and resolve challenges in a high-tempo, collaborative environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Accustomed to professionally interacting with General/Flag officers and senior civilian personnel
- Experience with providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis, and recommendations
