Job summary

The company is recruiting for a Sales Enablement Manager to architect the GTM motion and deliver programs that elevate performance across the entire revenue organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company's GTM strategy across segmentation, prioritization, engagement models, and customer lifecycle design.
  • Build and codify GTM frameworks: rules of engagement, qualification standards, pipeline governance, and handoff models across Sales CS Marketing RevOps.
  • Identify funnel inefficiencies e.g., drop-off between stages slow deal velocity and design targeted initiatives to improve them.
