Job Description Grinders/Inspectors, $18/hr+ – 3rd Shift - Ravenna

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Foundry and/or grinding and inspection experience
• On-the-job training provided.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  
  

Visually inspect casting parts - looking for blow holes, sand holes, shrink, crush, etc... Operating various grinders to remove excess metals from parts. Operate various automated cells to process castings Adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements at all times. Will also be cross-trained on a fork-lift (Previous experience is recommended but not required. Just need to be willing to learn)
