    Building Maintenance Technician
    Location: Blaine, Washington
    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
    Compensation: $30.49/hour + $1,000 signing bonus (new hires only)

    The Role
    We're looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our Blaine manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the day-to-day care, repair, and upkeep of the building and surrounding infrastructure. You'll be hands-on, trusted to work independently, and relied on to maintain a safe, well-functioning environment that supports food manufacturing operations.

    What You'll Do
    • Perform routine building inspections and proactively address maintenance needs
    • Complete structural repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and fixtures
    • Handle minor carpentry, hardware adjustments, and surface repairs (patching, sanding, painting)
    • Replace HVAC filters and support general HVAC upkeep
    • Respond to maintenance requests from internal teams in a timely manner
    • Support seasonal facility needs such as weatherproofing or snow removal
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
    What You Bring
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related trade
    • Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC systems
    • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
    • Strong understanding of safety practices and OSHA standards
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
    • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and dependable
