    Generative AI is enabling AIML and Embedded developers to build innovative products and applications that are revolutionizing the way we create and interact with products.

    This revolution is most pronounced with AIML/GenAI applications that are deployed at the edge.

    At SiMa, we are building the AIML and Generative AI Silicon to Software tech stack to push the boundaries of model development at the edge for ANY framework, ANY network, ANY model, ANY sensor, and ANY modality.

    We do this via the SiMa Palette Software, Palette EdgeMatic(TM), MLSoC, and Model Zoo.

    We build products for AI development teams to scale their EdgeAI from single ML model applications to large multi-modal applications on one platform.

    As part of the SiMa business development team, you will drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling AIML and GenAI on platform, interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, and help them with defining and demonstrating scalable AIML and GenAI solutions to solve them often via proof-of-concepts architected for production scale deployment.

    You will also work closely with the sales team, solution architects, field application engineers, and product team to drive model implementations and new solutions on platform.

    You are passionate about helping companies/partners understand best practices for operating on the platform.

    ai teams such as field application engineers, solution architects, product team, sales, and marketing as well as representing SiMa to customers' executive management.

    You will look for patterns and trends that can be applied across an industry segment or a set of customers that can help accelerate innovation and adoption.

    Business Development – AIML, GenAI at the Embedded Edge

    We are seeking an accomplished Business Development (BD) leader to drive the modernization of processes and systems in the industrial sector through AIML and GenAI use cases deployed at the edge.

    They will provide thought leadership and help build assets, solutions and accelerators which will be used by SiMa field team, marketing and partner teams to engage and help various customer personas including Line of Business owners (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Logistics), CFOs, CDOs and industry leaders.

    They will develop modernization workshops/ approaches, and drive innovation focused sales plays for AI and GenAI use cases deployed at the embedded edge.

    Working closely with our product and field teams, customers, and 3rd party model providers, ISVs, and system integrators, you will enable the development of new capabilities for our customers to develop and deploy AIML and GenAI workloads on This involves activities like market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand business and technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC), creating content to train the field and partners teams, and driving thought-leadership.

    You will possess a business and technical background that enables you to drive an engagement at the highest levels with startups, Enterprises, and SiMa partners.

    You will have the application and domain experience to articulate the potential and challenges of AIML and GenAI models and applications to the field application engineering team, solution architects, and C-Level executives.

    This requires deep familiarity across the stack including the edge compute infrastructure, ML frameworks, orchestration layers, and large models for developing applications powered by AIML and GenAI models and MLOps.

    5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
    ~ Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes, and coordinating schedules for proof of concepts and pilots.
    ~ Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline with 5+ years of implementation and consulting experience of AIML applications
    ~3+ years of experience working with customers and/or partners who are building AIML or GenAI models including training, inference, MLOPs, and/or developing AIML and/or GenAI applications at the edge.

    Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
    ~ Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
    ~10+ years of pre-sales engineering, technical business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience
