    Description

    Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

    We are seeking licensed or pre-licensed mental health professionals to provide high-quality care and mental health solutions. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct intake assessments to understand patient needs
    • Provide face-to-face and virtual psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and children
    • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's requirements
    • Employ evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual therapies
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans
    • Perform regular wellness checks to monitor patient progress
    • Ensure adherence to facility and licensing standards

    Educational Requirements:

    • To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following educational and licensure criteria:
    • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, with a VA State issued Counseling License
    • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, with VA State approved Residency status

    Qualifications:

    • Licenses must be current and unrestricted
    • Previous experience as a mental health therapist is preferred
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • A positive, compassionate attitude, and helpful demeanor
    • Highly organized with exceptional writing skills

    Additional Information:

    • Pre-licensed therapists can expect a rate of $30-$35 per hour, TBD based on experience
    • Licensed therapists will receive a salary based on a therapist/agency percentage split, TBD based on experience
    • This position requires offering both Telehealth and Face-to-Face therapy services
