    REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum 5 years prior experience

    Travel, as required

    Basic computer skills (Microsoft office products)

    Communication skills

    Being detail-oriented is essential

    PREFERENCES:

    Having your own tools

    Experience working with schedules

    JOB DUTIES:

    Run various types of Construction Projects from tenant improvements to open store remodels and beyond.

    Attend Pre-Bid/Pre-walk meetings.

    Assist with Scheduling project using clients preferred scheduling format.

    Run assigned projects in a fiscally responsible manner, bringing projects in on time and on budget.

    Assist in the scheduling, coordination and run weekly job meetings for Subcontractors and Owners.

    Coordinate project and process change management and communication with Owners Reps.

    Work to keep compliant with job Safety including Covid-19 Procedures.

    Weekly safety meetings with employees and subcontractors.

    HOURS:

    Full-time

    Work nights, as required

    PAY / BENEFITS:

    Compensation paid depending on experience.

    Company pays per diem for out-of-town projects.

    Medical and dental benefits are available after 60 days

    Company offers a retirement plan.

    Employer pays 80% of medical/dental/vision benefits

    PTO eligible after 1 year

    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:

    Pass background check and employment drug screening.

    Furnish your own vehicle for transportation if one is not provided (mileage reimbursed if this is the case)
