    Job Description

    The Branches of North Attleboro is seeking caring and professional Clinical Care Scheduler to join their team.

    This positions requires previous scheduling experience and a CNA or HHA.

    In this role you will be creating schedules for CNAs and HHAs who work at the Branches of North Attleboro.

    Please see below for a list of job responsibilities.


    Responsibilities:

    • Staffing/Scheduling for RCA's
    • Reviews ADL books for signatures and completion of care
    • Reviews medication books, ensures proper distribution and competed within state regulations
    • Coordinates PSP's and assignment sheets in Yardi
    • Coordinates QA meeting in conjunction with Resident Care Director
    • Coordinates family meetings with Resident Care Team
    • Assist with recruiting and hiring of RCA in conjunction with Resident Care Director

    Hourly rate:
    up to $23/hr depending on experience


    Schedule:
    Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am-4:30pm

    Job Requirements


    Requirements:

    • CNA/HHA
    • High School education or equivalent required
    • Medical Records or Medical Assistant Certification preferred
    • Experience in Senior Living
    • Knowledge of MS office
    • Scheduling experience preferred
