Job summary
The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for the origination of term mortgage loans.Includes interviews, application processing preliminary documentation on loan requests discussing loan alternatives credit criteria interest rates and loan documentation,
Completes lending operations in accordance with established bank policies legal requirements,
Counsels customers regarding money management financial matters explains reasons and alternatives,
Promotes D.L. Evans Bank at all times.
Responsibilities
- Interviews takes applications processes preliminary documentation on loan requests discusses loan alternatives credit criteria interest rates and loan documentation in such a manner as to elicit positive responses from customers.
- Performs follow-up work as necessary to achieve conditional approval within established time frames.
