    Description

    Job Overview

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to become a part of our team. Joining our New Bedford branch, you will play a crucial role in being the primary point of contact for both prospective candidates and existing staff during their visits to the branch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engaging with candidates and staff members on a day-to-day basis
    • Handling applications and inputting them into the HRM system
    • Checking and verifying timesheets weekly as part of payroll quality assurance
    • Distributing payroll and pay statements
    • Welcoming and supporting visitors at the office when necessary
    • Managing incoming phone calls as required

    Requirements:

    • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
    • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
    • Experience with MS Office tools such as Word and Excel is advantageous
    • Effective organizational aptitude
    • Capable of executing tasks independently, demonstrating initiative
