    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
    • 10+ years of experience in project management and/or leadership
    • Professional Engineering licensure is required
    • MUST have experience in land development/site design for private commercial and residential projects
    • Need to have the ability to manage multiple projects and staff concurrently, while meeting deadlines
    • Ability to build and maintain client contacts and relations
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • The ability to lead and develop staff, cultivate a positive working environment, act with integrity, and hold your team accountable

    Job Description/Duties:

    • This position will report to the Vice President of the firm, and will be accountable for the operations of the entire Civil Department.
    • All aspects of this role include production oversight, personnel management, client management and satisfaction, business development, scheduling, quality control and financial management including department performance.
    • Must be willing to lead, oversee, and mentor project managers
    • Ability to manage land development projects between $50k – $150k
    • Must be able to authorize proposals and prepare budgets
