Software Test Engineer - Tulsa, United States - Insight Global

Description

A large firm in the aerospace industry is looking for a test engineer to join their engineering team. You will personally be responsible for testing the firms IFE systems looking to identify any issues.

In doing so, you will work alongside project managers, program managers and developers to communicate any issues you identify with the IFE until the issue is resolved.

Amongst other responsibilities, you will participate in design, development and requirements reviews for the systems and ensure all testing is properly documented, reviewed and submitted.

This role is a 9-month contract with a strong possibility of extension and/or conversion to FTE. The role is 100% onsite in Irvine, CA.

Experience with Linux (command lines, working in a Linux environment)

Experience creating test plans, test cases and test methodologies
