    Overview:


    Come join an innovative leader in the healthcare industry MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Business Development Manager, Physician Development who engages directly with primary care physicians and physician networks throughout the U.S.

    to develop interest in MDVIPs program by effectively sourcing through research, cold calling, and email campaigns.

    Qualifies and provides a recommendation of leads with the department leadership to engage further.
    This role reports to the Director, Sales Operations and supports the Market and Physician Development teams.

    Responsibilities:


    Performs research of targeted markets to identify health systems, physician offices, and digital leads using internal database, cold calling, internet, competitor data or industry information for lead generation (as directed).

    Develops and prioritizes target lists based upon existing criteria and independent judgement.


    Sources, qualifies, and screens leads, and other MDVIP criteria to provide a recommendation for next level review and for further consideration.

    Contacts and discusses preliminary due diligence information from leads. Ensures all actions are compliant with all requirements regarding email and call campaigns (i.e., no call list, etc.)

    Effectively communicates appropriate messaging to identify and foster leads interest in MDVIP. Tailors messaging using MDVIP knowledge, prior experience, and sales techniques to persuade qualified prospects to choose MDVIP.

    Completes detailed information and updates tracking of leads as well as generating tasks/notes for self and others for follow up in database.

    Performs other recruiting and research duties as requested to support the department


    Qualifications:

    Education / Experience / Knowledge :

    Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in the study of Business Administration, Management, or Marketing and five years inside sales experience related experience.


    Related experience includes prior sales and/or recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.

    Prior MDVIP experience may substitute for necessary/required experience.

    Sales Skills:
    Demonstrated experience and capabilities as a top performing sales professional
    Preferably specific experience and contact with Primary Care Physicians effectively selling intangible ideas/concepts.
    Excellent written and verbal skills required.
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various internal departments and physicians in a positive, professional manner.

    As a corporate based role in Boca Raton, FL, employees are expected to work from the corporate office unless deemed eligible for the companys Work from Home program.

    This program has position, tenure, and performance requirements that must be met and receive management approval.

    At no time may work be performed, or computer systems accessed, from outside of the U.S.
