- Review sales boards daily and assist Executive Director in developing action plans.
- Provide input and suggestions on SLC performance and development.
- Conduct quarterly competitive market research and accurately report data.
- Understand competitive opportunities and threats, and present strategic alternatives.
- Meet predetermined monthly sales goals.
- Leverage multiple revenue drivers to drive the top line.
- Generate leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources.
- Plan and execute monthly presentations to professional referral sources.
- Reviews and facilitates the Move-In Packet with the resident and/or family.
- Facilitates and coordinates the Resident Assessment.
- Keeps abreast of professional development in the field.
- Acts professionally and honestly at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Five years' experience in marketing/sales in senior living setting with at least two years supervisory experience.
