- Own the set-up of landing pages, design assets, email promotions and timelines for virtual and in-person events
- Own the Immersive Labs webcast program, deciding content, working with presenters and orchestrating the execution of the programs end-to-end
- Supporting our emerging Federal Government marketing initiatives through content production, field event execution and partner relationship management
- Maintaining marketing inventory (giveaways, supplies, booth materials)
- Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at existing customers, focusing on upselling additional products or services.
- Manage our North American 3rd party content syndication programs and vendor relationships, optimizing programs for the best return, researching new partnership opportunities
- Managing budget, raising purchase orders, ensuring vendors are accurately setup and accounted for in our internal systems
- 2-3 years experience in demand generation marketing or regional (field) marketing,
- Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials
- Strong event coordination skills: venue selection, customer speaker engagement, invitation, pre- and post-show planning, etc. that maximizes in-scope attendee registration and participation.
