    Position Title: Part-Time Women's Locker Room Attendant

    Status: Part-time, hourly (non-exempt)

    Rate of Pay: $16.75 per hour

    Reports to: Fitness Operations Manager

    Schedule: Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Ability to Commute/Relocate: Irving, TX 75038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Under the leadership of the Director of Fitness, Fitness Manager, and Fitness Supervisor (collectively referred to as "Management") the Locker Room Attendant ("Attendant") provides world class service to all Club Members and Guests. The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining high standards in all operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

    EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
    • Confidentiality and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance as the guests rely on the Attendants to maintain the safety of their personal property.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, seeking opportunities to create memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships.
    • Ensure overall member satisfaction.
    • Ability to work any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Ensure overall Member and Guest satisfaction. Answer questions regarding services, and escort Members and Guests as needed. Handle all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Resolve customer complaints or escalate to Management as appropriate.
    • Maintain and ensure proper locker assignments.
    • Maintain immaculate locker and lounge facilities. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility using a 'clean as you go' philosophy. Pick up after Members after each use of areas in the facility.
    • Keep showers, dressing areas and vanities clean, organized and fully stocked with towels and supplies. Remove soiled towels and trash frequently.
    • Clean showers, bathrooms, steam rooms, saunas, and whirlpool as needed and according to regular schedules. Ensure safety for guests by keeping wet and dry area floors clean and dry.
    • Keep beverage stations clean and fully stocked. Refresh beverages regularly.
    • Ensure facilities and equipment are safe and comfortable for use, including water and steam room temperatures.
    • Develop a complete knowledge of safety and emergency protocols. Address any safety or emergency issues with urgency and discretion.
    • Demonstrate strong teamwork and engagement among team members. Participate in and contribute to team meetings.
    • Assist other departments as needed. Work harmoniously with co-workers and leadership.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
