- Work 12-hour variable day/night shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
- Must be willing to float to Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley locations
- On-call responsibilities during low census hours with call back pay available (minimum 2 hours)
- Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
- Patient ratio typically 4-5 on days, 5-6 on evenings, 6-7 on nights
- Work on 16-bed unit with staffing of 3 RNs on days/evenings, 2 RNs on nights
- Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience required
- Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
- Highly prefer candidates able to read and interpret telemetry
- Travel experience preferred
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Excellent assessment skills required
- Any color scrubs acceptable
- Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and covid vaccination
