• supervision of the design, planning and construction phases of the new foreign business units, in the Plant and Infrastructure area;
• design review during all phases of the project, with the local professional company, in compliance with the ESSILOR LUXOTTICA standards and the current legislation of the country in which it operates;
• provide technical specifications and detailed technical-economic analyses, aimed at defining the design requirements, necessary for the correct execution of the works and / or services;
• drafting of site progress reports, necessary for the correct monitoring of activities in continuous dialogue with the Client;
• coordination and management of the construction site for the correct sequence of material procurement, necessary for the different construction phases of the work;
• management of the budget associated with the project, allocating the respective resources in order to achieve the expected quality standards, from the design phase to that of construction and commissioning;
• technical alignment of competing companies in support of the Tender Manager and the Procurement office, in the definition of contractors;
• monitoring and reporting of project progress to be allocated to all stakeholders involved in the project with the sharing of any problems and related solutions;
