The Practice Systems Analyst (Knowledge Management-KM) plays a vital role working closely with the firms attorneys practice group managers legal project management staff and information services teams to help identify implement maintain and support effective technology tools and resources incorporating a full suite of legal industry applications This hybrid position is based in the firms New York offices in Hudson Yards Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office What is your mission As the Systems Analyst you will be part of very selective team to help identify implement and manage both new existing innovative practice solutions to support the firms practices methodologies Oversees the firms practice systems including their configurations feeds data collections integrations other systems Administering existing KM solutions direct liaison attorneys staff using tools effectively efficiently Hands-on development implementation administration databases enable KM client services efficiencies Work directly with staff attorneys identify capture knowledge expertise best practices AI any tools simplify KM process Assist promoting Firm-developed acquired practice management systems KM tools creating technology demos leading training sessions writing usage guides participating educational events presentations Monitor evaluating effectiveness Firm s activities make necessary recommendations improvement What skills needed successful role Building out wireframes project plans Super strong understanding AI prompts solutions ability work KM attorneys teach explain Firm s new initiatives Proficient Visio Lucidchart hands UML wireframing application implementing effective KM solutions Superb documentation communication skills working Firm s attorneys staff C level executives Experience KM tools technologies document management systems intranets databases basic knowledge utilizing LexisNexis Westlaw Fastcase
